What size projects do you take on?
Light commercial — offices, retail, restaurants, and small-business spaces. For build-outs and tenant improvements, we're a strong fit. We'll be upfront if a project is outside our wheelhouse.
Can you work around my opening date?
That's the priority. We build a realistic schedule to your target and keep you informed so you can plan staffing, marketing, and your opening.
Do you handle permits and code compliance?
Yes. Commercial work has its own code and ADA requirements; we coordinate permitting and inspections and build to code.
Are you licensed and insured for commercial work?
