Custom homes,
built from the ground up
Building a new home in the Triangle is a big move — and you deserve one team that owns it start to finish. Build 4 You manages your new construction from site work and foundation through framing, systems, and final finishes, so you always know who's accountable and where your project stands.
One builder, fully accountable
A custom home runs on dozens of trades, inspections, and decisions. When they're coordinated by one general contractor, the schedule holds, the budget stays honest, and the quality is consistent from the slab to the trim. That single point of accountability is the whole point of Build 4 You.
We're a licensed North Carolina general contractor (Unlimited / Building, License #107173), so there's no project too large for us to legally take on. You get clear communication, clean jobsites, and a home engineered to last.

New construction questions
Do you build on my lot or help me find land?
Both. If you already own a lot in the Triangle, we'll evaluate it and build on it. If you're still searching, we can advise on what makes a buildable, cost-effective site before you purchase.
How long does a custom home take?
Most custom homes run several months from permit to move-in, depending on size, design complexity, and weather. We give you a realistic schedule up front and keep you updated as milestones land.
Can I use my own architect or plans?
Yes. Bring your own plans, or we'll help you get a set drawn. Our B4Y Designer tool can also help you visualize the home before a shovel hits the ground.
Are you licensed and insured for a full home build?
Yes — NC General Contractor License #107173 (Unlimited / Building). That classification carries no project-size limit, and we're fully insured.
